YOGA FOR YOU & DAIVI- "An attempt at an affordable and sustainable yogic way of living".

Social media is flooded with yoga practitioners and instructors these days. We have innumerable Yoga courses and programs available on both the internet and in studios now.

Yoga today has become both a lifestyle & luxury for its untold and multiple benefits. Its divine-like healing power has become a general topic of discussion on various platforms.

However, its benefits on physical health mean just scratching the surface. Yoga, in its entirety, is a union of the soul, body, and mind in 'harmony with nature'.

That being said, a majority of women (and people) do not have awareness, access & inspiration to live a healthy and fulfilling life despite all the hype that there is!

-' Yoga for You- is a humble attempt in the direction to include women from all walks of life and sensitize them to their 'overall' health and well-being; their basic rights.

-'Daivi'- Like a bird cannot fly on one wing. Similarly, society can't take its flight of growth without empowering women. Women are drivers of change, merely by the nature of the role they play in society.

At this critical hour, the world is in flux, and the planet is reeling under multiple crises at the social, political, economic, and environmental levels.

Against this backdrop, Daivi is an effort to educate & empower women to make informed choices in their day-to-day lives that bear far-reaching impacts on the future of people and the planet.
